Wouldn't spending $300 on a laptop to cheat on an exam for a class you're paying thousands for make sense? It would probably improve your grade more than the text book.
You have to install an app that is a Bowser that at the same time locks the entire computer. Only this browser works. Install it, give it the needed admin permission and participate in your test or don't.
