I do this at 60 minutes, even though my meetings are all over zoom these days. "Sorry, I need to step away to get some water. I'll be back in a few minutes."
I just lose track of time like everyone else has. I will follow that person out the door though because they’re right, and once 2 people go the rest will follow. One person is just an asshole. Two is a pattern and three is a movement.
